Mission

Al-Azhar Observatory for Combating Extremism (AOCE) aims at promoting the teachings of the noble Islamic religion and disseminate its message of moderation, tolerance, and human fraternity. This is achieved by providing moderate and purposeful content in various languages, which reinforces the global presence of the esteemed Al-Azhar institution, and enhances Egypt’s global position in combating extremism and building social peace.
